We are wanting to add a 1/2 marathon route to the ToyDrop 10K. This race benefits the Santa Cops of Larimer County. This is a foot race/event and will not close any roads.

We are wanting to cone the bike path/shoulder heading southbound towards 37th St.

Comments: Information was not provided for food service at aid stations or post-race. Please limit food and beverage to commercially prepared food items which do not require a Colorado Retail Food License such as:
=commercially prepared and individually packaged foods and beverages that do not require refrigeration; examples include packaged power bars, gels, bottled water/beverages.
=hot coffee, tea, energy drink mixes, other instant hot or cold beverages.
=Water (or as an ingredient for a beverage) must be from a treated public water supply which is transported and dispensed in clean containers designed for potable water service.
=bagels, muffins, or pastries that are commercially prepared and do not require refrigeration.
=whole uncut produce

If a post-race meal is provided, it must be prepared by a licensed caterer, food truck(s), or other licensed food vendor. Food cannot be prepared for event participants without a Colorado Retail Food license unless prepared by a nonprofit operating from Larimer County.

Information was not provided on restrooms. Adequate portable toilets need to be provided at the start and finish areas, and as necessary at aid stations throughout the race course.

Trash receptacles shall also be provided at restrooms ad aid stations.

Comments: Emergency Access: An emergency access path of no less that 20’ wide shall be maintained free and clear of all immovable objects on streets and fire apparatus access roads, at all times during the event. Road blocks may be placed on public streets to prevent traffic from crossing, but cannot block emergency travel. If road blocks are used ensure staff is available to remove barricade should emergency travel be necessary. (2006 IFC, 503.1).

Tent Permits: Any tent or air supported membrane structure greater than 700 square feet requires a tent permit. The LFRA has a policy which provides details for International Fire Code compliance and can be obtained at 410 E 5th St., or on the City of Loveland website under the Fire- Community Safety Division – Fire Prevention Bureau - Special Events, Tents and Membrane Structures
