4th Annual event - Same as 2018 Event - Half Marathon and 4 Mile run/walk starting and finishing at Anheuser-Busch (see attached course maps). Half Marathon is an out and back course run on the shoulder/bike lane turning around in the parking lot of the Chapel of The Annunciation at 290 E. County Road (The Chapel has given approval for the use of their parking lot).

Status: ApprovedComments: The beer will be served at the Anheuser-Busch Biergarten, which is licensed through the state. A special event liquor permit is not required.
Status: ApprovedComments: Information was not provided on restrooms for the start/finish area. In reviewing the website, it has been confirmed that aid stations will provide restrooms by use of portable toilets. Restrooms for the start/finish area were not explained, but shall be required. This could include a combination of portable toilets with the restrooms of the Biergarten at Anheuser-Busch Brewery visitor area.
It was indicated that a 'vendor' would provide food for the post-race event, but no information was provided. Food must be from a vendor that is licensed in Larimer County and holds a Colorado Retail Food License.
Please keep the race course and sponsor/vendor tents to individually packaged, commercially prepared items such as energy bars, gels, shot blocks, bagels, whole fruit, etc.
Trash cans shall be provided at aid stations, portable toilets and at the start/finish area.
